Thomas Robinson Architects was founded in 1999 by its directors Tom Robinson and Fiona Robinson. See People, for more information about Tom and Fiona and other key members of the team. Over the last 20 years we have honed our architectural skills, gained new ones such as Passivhaus accreditation and conservation accreditation.
We aim to apply inspiration, imagination and creativity to your project, creating buildings and environments that are a pleasure to experience and often unique. We are a team of RIBA Chartered architects and interior designers based in Scotland, near Glasgow, creating a broad range of beautiful houses and extensions for individual residential clients.
Many of our Interior Architecture services are included in the overall architectural service for houses we're designing. If you're designing a new home or looking to refurbish a home, we can provide a full Interior Architecture service, to cover rearranging rooms, plus everything from creating arches, to designing cornicing, panelling, built-in cupboards, stair design, bannisters, bookcases, alcoves, down stand beams, and more.
For us the creation of a very low energy building using sustainable architecture principles was key to the brief and we appreciated their refreshing outlook in exploring sustainable building design materials and construction approaches.'
