Power flushing is a method of cleaning out your heating system by pushing powerful, but low-pressure water through the system. The objective is to dislodge and remove sludge, rust and corrosion deposits for the whole system including the radiator's boiler and pipework and return it to optimum efficiency.
All landlords with gas appliances and fittings must have an annual gas safety inspection to comply with Regulation (36)(1) of the Gas Safety (installation and use) Regulation 1998. We can undertake your inspection to ensure your property is fully compliant and safe. We will ensure that you receive full documentation of the inspection and it's important to note that all records must be kept for 2 years.

Joe has done an outstanding job. From quote to completion nothing was too much trouble. Work is of the highest quality, and its worth pointing out that he worked in the loft on 29th June when outside temperatures were 31 degrees. I would have zero hesitation in recommending Joe. Quality workmanship at a fair and very competitive price.
