Terry installed the boiler 7 years ago and still had all the details to hand and when we asked him to service it he came at the time agreed and properly examined and worked on it which is very different to the diagnostic 20 minute test with no other action that large contractors offer. We felt confident that the job was done properly and by someone we know and trust

Our house - and along with it, our central heating system - was extended twice before we moved in 27 years ago. As a result, our heating system is convoluted and has never worked satisfactorily. Over the years, many heating engineers have visited but none has been able to identify the problem, let alone solve it. I called Terry late on a Saturday to a broken down boiler belonging to an elderly relative. He arrived at the premises exactly when he said he would, diagnosed the problem, called me to explain and I authorised the repair. It was repaired and the heating was back up and running a couple of hours later. Wouldn't hesitate to call on him again or to recommend his services.

I see Terry every year for my boiler service which he installed 7 years ago. He also did our kitchen and bathroom about 10 years ago. He has always done an excellent job for me and the missus and the kitchen and bathroom are as showroom finish as when he did them. He is a very nice person and really dependable which us older folk really appreciate and he really gives the best advice to help us keep costs down. Terry is absolutely a brilliant guy and knows his stuff technically, but is highly unreliable, every single appointment he fails to show up on time at the agreed time or the day, he does not follow up with arrangements or appointments! When he finally shows up he definitely does a good job, but being unprofessional and unreliable is not enough to compensate for the level of poor service.
Even worse still is whoever does his accounting who does not have the level of professionalism in administration on how to follow up emails with a test or a call, due to junk emails - poor communication
