Do not use this company!! They sell cheap products and market them As high end products . We were sold an “ Italian painted kitchen “ it’s actually a cheap foil wrapped one which is ruined after 4 years . The units have blown and peeled! Our last kitchen was a cheap MFI one that lasted 19 years! Once they have your money they don’t care . These are photos of our kitchen after 4.5 years. I am very disappointed with service from James James, the final straw has been a faulty hinge that means a cupboard won't close properly after 15 months of use.
They are refusing to remedy this and have requested we pay a rediculous sum to get the repair done.
We paid a premium for their design service - it definitely didn't live up to expectations. we were very clear we wanted a functional kitchen and trusted them to think about how this would work, it was only once the kitchen was fitted that it became apparent that no consideration had gone into how the kitchen would be used - loads of cupboard

I had a kitchen put in in 2015 by them. This year we asked them to redesign it following an large extension. Handles were missed off the design (who designs a kitchen without handles) and because the redesign was missing a large end panel they just blamed the original fitter. They don’t really care once they’ve had your money. Every correspondence takes days to get a response off them. For a high end kitchen company they don’t really add much value apart from unexpected costs at the end of the project. You might as well just buy the units yourself for about half of the price online. They

When we ordered our Kitchen it was part of a remodelling of our home. Dominique was exceptional in her understanding of our needs and tastes. The original design needed little if any modification and with a few hiccups which were quickly and easily resolved the kitchen was installed. We were encouraged by the the after sales promises and the guarantees the kitchen carried. just what we wanted for an expensive investment.

With our old kitchen, we'd had a very bad experience with another company on the Wirral and decided to go with James James because they have been around for years and their reputation for quality kitchens and workmanship was renowned. We did go over our budget, because we decided to replace all our white goods and go through James James, but it was worth it. They worked very closely with us on the design, as we needed to use every available space for storage, and it needed to look smart because our house is open plan. We went on holiday for a week so missed the mess of the kitchen being ripped
