Michael Ballantyne, grandson of the founder of the company and eldest son of the late Kenneth Ballantyne, is now at the helm of M & J Ballantyne. Michael follows in the footsteps of his father, Kenneth, who in 1970 took over the business from his father and grew it from strength to strength.
With over 80 years in the homebuilding and construction industry, M & J Ballantyne Ltd is able to sustain this level of success through the contribution of our team. Our team is led by a number of key people who help to ensure that the business continues to go from strength to strength. Since 1981 Michael has worked with M & J Ballantyne during school holidays and after 3 years studying at Napier University, joined the Company full time in 1990.
