We are a family run construction/ maintenance business based in the Salford area. Alan Franklin Builders Limited was founded in 1983 and has been providing Building Construction Services (in particular minor works, responsive repairs, minor adaptations and DDA work) to local authorities and the Manchester Evening News for over 30 Years, and more recently over the last 5 years has been working with the NHS in the Greater Manchester area.
Operating from our office in Eccles, Manchester we have built up a good reputation over the years for our quality and reliability, providing our services in the Manchester area and finishing our projects on time. Being a local employer who resides in Salford and employs people from the Manchester area, it is important to us to support our local economy and community in various ways over the years and continuing to help the local community.

Our accreditation provides a guarantee that we are compliant in Health and Safety laws. Constructionline is the UK'S register of pre-qualified local and national construction suppliers.
