From the initial phone call, to the quote and the work carried out, you could not fault Sparc Electrical.
They turned up when they said they would.. Zac who did my work was very professional, knew what he was doing and got the new wiring done quickly.

Spoke with Mick and booked an appointment for Monday at 9 am prepared and moved things around my place only to have Mick not show up or even call. I tried calling him and he didn't even bother to answer his phone. Totally unprofessional. I guess my job wasn't big enough for him. But I'm glad he didn't show up because I felt he was over charging me and I found someone cheaper and more reliable.

We had a quote from Sparc and found Dave very responsive to our requests and offered cost effective advise on our repairs .He had the time to listen to what we required.
Cherries the receptionist was also able to adjust our quote to suit some future work we required.
The job was completed with very little fuss and done in a timely manner, both Mark and Dave worked well together and were very tidy in their work and later clean up.

An electrician I had hired was not able to come and complete my spa wiring installation. I contacted Sparc Electrical and they responded immediately and were able to fit me in in the time frame I was hoping for. The two electricians who came to do the job were absolutely brilliant. They were very friendly, approachable and professional. Will definitely contact for future electrical work and highly recommend. A bit more expensive than I had hoped, however it was a fast turnaround and the job was done well.

I was most impressed with Mick and the crew at Sparc electrical. The professionalism and their courtesy and every other aspect of the work they performed in installing a heated towel rail in our ensuite was excellent.
I could tell from the outset that the way they approach their work is with a great attention to detail and to make sure the customer is satisfied . The standard of work was exceptional and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others for their standards and work ethic.
