Surespans Roof Hatches are unmatched in quality and design. We have a heavy focus on providing reliable, safe and convenient access to a variety of roof areas. Frequently used when access to the roof is required by a ladder, ships ladder or service stair. Commonly used where there are high wind conditions or where a large clear opening is required.
Polyisocyanurate board or non-combustible mineral wool insulation in 25/50/75mm thicknesses. External liner fitted as standard to allow a variety of hot or cold applied weathering materials. We also sell a up to 4 hours fire rated roof hatch, which is a seperate product and can be found here. We can manufacture hatches with all types of operations, from gas spring assisted opening to electrically operated hatches.

Our SureGuard Hand Railing safety system are available on all types of Roof Access Hatches. This system provides extra safety for when the hatch is in use.
