Absolutely appalling service. After confirming an end of tenancy clean via email on Saturday Andrea has failed to turn up. When contacted she states she tried to text earlier on today. When questioned as to why she didn't bother to pick up the phone and call there was no answer to this. After being told that the landlord gets the keys back on Wednesday, she offers to attend on Thursday. Completely unacceptable levels of customer service and no attempt to rectify the situation. Avoid avoid avoid!

Andrea is an amazing cleaner-she has done such a great job in keeping our flat spotlessly clean. Andrea has done end of tenancy cleans for us as well as cleaning after AirBNB guests have checked out of our flat.
