The vertical sliding sash window range combines the elegance of traditional sash windows with the benefits of modern materials. Manufactured from PVCu they are strong, will not rot, warp or require repainting; ensuring that they retain their colour and shape throughout the years with the minimum of maintenance.
The Tilt and Turn window allows you to enjoy the benefits of a truly versatile product, offering both aesthetic and practical options. This design of window is available in a number of style options, all allowing larger opening areas to be achieved, thus this product can be used for fire escape openings.
Double glazing is energy-efficient and will keep your home warmer, with the added advantage of lower energy bills, saving you money. Double glazed windows and doors are also easier to maintain and should last at least 20 years. We had our entire house fitted with replacement windows in 2020. Excellent service, competitive price. I am not leaving a review because of this however. 4 years after the review we had a small but critical problem with base on column of one of our sliders. It was fouling and preventing the door being easily closed. A potential security and damage issue. Contacted Matt fixed under the 10 year warranty, he rearranged the day of one of team to come round straight away. What more can you expect, Brilliant.

I had a new front door fitted and I'm very happy with the result. The fitter was quick and courteous and left no mess. I would gladly recommend Window Express based on my experience with them.
Also, I recently had a sliding door and glass panel replaced at the back of my house and, as usual, was completely satisfied both by the product and the efficient service.

I was looking for a family run company when looking for a partner for windows/bi-folds. We started working with Window Express a few years back now, and they have consistently provided a high quality level of both service and and product.
Even on the odd occassion any hurdles that do crop up, are always dealt with quickly and in a proactive manner in order to find a solution.
I was so happy with Window Express, I have now had them working on all the windows in my house and would not hesitate to reccomend to family & Friends!

Appalling experience upon walking in where I was asked to wear a face mask despite restrictions being lifted and explaining that I had a medical exemption anyway. After which the shopkeeper acted extremely unfriendly when "serving" me. Stated they are not currently offering a repair service at the moment and didn't want to help in the slightest. Avoid businesses like this at all costs. The customer will always come last and be treated with disrespect. Was potentially going to give thousands of pounds worth of business to them, but will not being going anywhere near them again!

Elliot came round in last year and provided us with a quote. Quote came back quickly and looked great. THEN we wanted to proceed which is where things unraveled. We chased and chased and chased eventually getting a fluffy response; "sorry for the delay" etc "but we're having some issues with staff" and check back in with us later... We agreed to give them some time and have again had to chase and chase getting no response. Need to send these guys on a "Customer Service for Dummies" course.

Great service! On installation, the fitter wasn't happy with the alignment of the lead lights in the panels either side of the new composite door and automatically arranged replacements. To be honest, we hadn't even noticed! Fabulous job. Really happy with the end result. Would definitely recommend!
