Carshalton Boilers is a family run business that can trace its history back over 50 years. The business was first launched in 1963, as Westroll Ltd. In 1990 Westroll was sold and the new owner Rodger Temple renamed the company Carshalton Boiler Services Ltd. In 2007 Rodger Temple brought his son in, John to progress the business.
With over 50 years' experience across all aspects of plumbing and heating, both domestic and commercial, we're here to help solve any issues. We can take on a range of works and emergency repairs as they arise. We try to ensure minimal disruption and our workmanship is carried out to the highest standards.
If your heating system is temperamental or noisy. If you have no hot water in the tank, or your radiators have cold spots, then our expert gas engineers can help you. There is no need to worry and this doesn't necessarily mean a whole new system is required. Your boiler could be overdue a service or the system may need flushing.
Carshalton Boilers engineers are Gas Safe registered and specialise in the installation of gas appliances. It is a legal requirement to use a qualified Gas Safe Registered engineer to complete the installation of a gas hob or cooker. We can arrange an appointment to visit you to connect your gas hob or cooker to the gas supply.

Carshalton Boilers have once again provided a fantastic service. A seal went on the boiler, so the boiler had to be shut down. The part was ordered immediately, and Leigh the engineer came back 2 days later. Fitted the part and got us up and running again. I have used Carshalton Boilers for over 40 years, they have never let me down. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Consistent, honest and reliable. A pleasure to do business with them

They have today been to service my elderly parents boiler and condemned it without giving them any information or support. They are now left on a freezing cold night with no hot water or heating and they are understandably very concerned as to what happens from here. They serviced the boiler less than 12 months ago with no mention of any issues. The customer service and empathy has been disgusting and I will be certainly be looking for a second opinion. When we got the boiler company out the next day they said it hadn’t been serviced properly for years and they shouldn’t have condemned it as

Positive: Responsiveness
The problem was an issue with the Gravity fed type system. It took a couple of Visits to get right to the problem but they fitted an expansion tank and the associated pipework, after a survey, took away the old tank in the loft and left it clean and tidy. Credit where credit is due.

So I called CBS and explained that my elderly fathers central heating was problematical and the house was cold. Paul the CBS engineer arrived on time and from the first hello was extremely courteous and polite, I explained the issue and he diagnosed the problem, Paul explained the remedy and how he would actually be fixing it which he did within an hour and as well detailed the cost that it would incur. I found Paul again to be a true professional in his field and would have no hesitation in recommending CBS to anyone who requires their services. SJP

Fantastic!!! This was the 3rd company I had attempted to contact this morning following my boiler breaking down during a weather warning with heavy snow. I have twin babies and was so worried for them as the house became so cold so quickly. Their receptionist was so lovely after I broke down on the phone explaining I had twin babies and she rearranged the engineers calendar so someone could come out to us this morning. The engineer was professional and polite and followed all of the covid guidance throughout the appointment. I cannot thank Carshalton Boilers enough for how understanding they were

As a company we found them very helpful and reasonably priced.
We had a gas leak in a feed pipe buried in a concrete floor which was not repairable. A replacement pipe was installed above ground very neatly.
Darren who was the engineer that did the installation was polite, helpful, tidy and did a very good job. All in all we would use them again.

Prompt, friendly and excellent value. My boiler has had a few issues and they're always available even with covid going on and it being the middle of winter. Much better than British Gas Homecare, very impressed!
