Services
Bricktec consists of a team of experienced professionals with a diverse range of skills. Company owner Steve Goff comes from an artistic background giving the projects that extra level of finish and attention to detail. Bricktec first began twelve years ago. The biggest reason for this was Steve (CEO) wanted to complete building work to his standards, whilst gaining a lot of satisfaction in the process.
Bricktec may not be the largest building company but aims to be one of the best when it comes to quality! From the very first meeting with our builders, the customer is given help and advice on the best way forward to achieve their plans. When problems are encountered during a project, all efforts are made to smooth them as much as possible and to get them sorted.
Steve was recommended by a neighbour to Trevor & Karen and, after looking over their quite extensive plans, agreement was reached and work began. This property renovation in Reading consisted of a long wrap around extension which opened up the whole back of the house, creating a large open kitchen space, study, garage and front porch downstairs and upstairs was an extra bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
After their building services were recommended to Mr & Mrs Cotten, Bricktec carried out a two storey rear home extension, including a kitchen extension with bi-fold doors downstairs, doubling the size of the room. A large guest bedroom was also added above. We recently had a two story extension built by Bricktec who were recommended to us by a friend and we found them a pleasure to deal with.
This client had a garden designer draw up plans to revamp his front garden, which included gravel driveway resurfacing, and Bricktec were happy to carry these out. The whole front garden was completely dug up and replaced with a new gravel drive at one end, at the other end the grass was returfed and edged with reclaimed railway sleepers.
