Located in Port Talbot we are ideally located to undertake contracts along the M4 corridor and into the South Wales valleys and beyond. We believe in providing local jobs for local people with over three quarters of our workforce living in Neath Port Talbot. Our commitment to supporting the community also extends to using local manufacturers and businesses for materials as well as using local sub-contractors.

I just wanted to pass on our thanks for your help with the Ground Floor Redevelopment Project; turning it from a muddy mess to what it is now, mostly within the original timescale and budget was quite an achievement in itself. I also wanted to say that Lee has been absolutely fantastic as a Site Manager and has got on really well with everyone involved in the project, including our tenants and staff.
