A very good repair to a leaking bay window roof. Turned up when promised, established the problem and then a first class piece of work.

I have used Frank (Pro Felt) twice now for roof repairs on my home and both times he and his team have been excellent. His team first time they visited fix a bad leak on a new home we had bought, as he did such a good job I called him recently to insulate another section of the roof and fix our chimney. He was so professional and friendly plus cleared up afterwards even washing down the eaves! Frank was recommended to me through a family friend and I will be recommending him to all I know as well. Excellent!

Did work on an elderly friends property. All sorts of stuff left on the roof including many sharp objects such as nails. I would be incredibly upset about the quality if I had paid for that work - as is my friend but they are too old to post a review, hence I am leaving one for them (my first ever!). Incredibly unprofessional for a so called flat roof specialist to leave such a finish. I got up there to clear things up, otherwise I think they would be back again to fix holes left by all the nails.

Needed my gutters replacing at the back of my house. He done it whilst I was away. Great to deal with. Would use again without question.

I can highly reccomend this company to anybody thinking of having a new flat roof or even any repair. They are hard working lads that get on with it until it's done. My job, a completely new roof, was done in a day. They came about 7.30am & finished about 16.45pm The owner, Frank, is a very likeable bloke & he's fair with his prices. I had to wait for some rooflights to be made & he said he'd come & fit them when they arrived. He'd been paid on the day he did the job, but true to his word, he came back & fitted them for me. A very proffessional outfit !

Frank (Pro Felt) was recommended to us by a friend. Frank responded very promptly to our request to quote for a leaking dormer roof. There was good communication from the beginning and until the job was completed, we were very happy with the job carried out. I have used these guys several times for minor roof repairs. They are very professional, efficient, reliable and courteous. They will also give you advice and will not suggest work which doesn't really need doing. Can't fault them, a great example of how to succeed by doing things right.
