C3 Design Limited was established in 2004 by Mark Benzie, an architect who specialises in residential design, development and project management. We only work in sectors where we can demonstrate a track record of successfully delivered projects. Our largest construction project in terms of construction cost is 1 million with the highest end value being 4.25 million.
We know what you want from an effective service; good communication, jargon free advice and an understanding of what makes successful real homes. We understand the individual nature of homeowner projects and never forget that it is a major investment for you. We take care of all of your approvals, are experienced in dealing with listed buildings and sustainable construction and specialise in achieving difficult planning consents.
