Second time I have been asked to pay more for my order at Tiles Porcelain. First time quoted £800ish for tiles then asked for £1000ish Second time ( afew years later decided to give them a second chance as they are local) asked for another £20 as advised that the price on the display tile in the showroom is not correct. Absolute rip off. Don’t even go there. Both times not willing to acknowledge the mistake basically told if you want them that is the new price. Well keep your rip off tiles . My money will be spent elsewhere. 🤨🤨

Unfortunately I was miss sold tiles from this company. After spending weeks looking online, researching and paying for samples to be delivered. I was advised by the call handler several times that the tiles were from Italy so really good quality, however after purchasing a large quantity of tiles and after they were delivered to my horror on the box it indicate it was from China. I was lied to and mis-sold these products.
After calling back and speaking to a manager they were adamant it was still from Italy, even though it clearly stated it was from China.
By this time it was too late for me

I wish I'd seen these comments before I ordered from them, fortunately I'm only going to be slightly out of pocket unlike a lot of these comments.
We ordered 27 tiles and received 26 we reported this and asked them to send out another, to which after some persuasion they did. This tile was not for the same batch but we were happy to live with this. This tile arrived damaged, chip to the corner, we informed them and asked them to send another as a replacement. They said that they couldn't send a replacement until we send a picture of the damage and return the tile. We sent
