I have used uk gas before and they did find things about the installation that cost us a lot of money to sort even though Worcester had approved it. I recently asked them for a service and to advise on a potential fault. They said that the engineer would review the noise and would service the boiler and then return again with a £60 call out charge to assess the fault again! £140 before they fix a fault that might not be there. Won’t be in touch again

We Was very happy with the work that has been done fitting a new electric boiler/heating system. The guys did a brilliant job they where very professional and polite. Superb customer service from UK Gas Services and I find it very hard to understand the negative feedback from the other reviews in light of my own experience. I have nothing but praise for UK Gas Services based on my experience and thank you guys again for sorting everything out. We had a problem with a 40+ year system. The heating had stopped working in our house and I have elderly parents living here so needed to get things sorted out fast. UK Gas (Paul) came out promptly to inspect the heating system, understand the problem and an give an initial diagnosis. A previous heating engineer had installed

I have been delighted with the new boiler that was fitted 4 weeks ago and with the service I received from UK Gas Services. I am very particular (!) and wanted to adjust some elements of the quote and they were excellent at coming back to me and negotiating on my behalf with Worcester Bosch. I would say they went above and beyond my expectation in this regard and I was very pleased. The boiler was fitted in 2 days and UK Gas Services returned to do some additional work which I requested. Absolute cowboys. Have a contract with Leicester City Council to supply and fit boilers for vulnerable customers. Leicester City Council got them to sort out my mum's boiler and radiators - which weren't all warming up. They didn't 1) Flush the boiler or heating system according to Worcester Bosch instructions, the first of which invalidates the boiler warranty 2) Flush any of my mum's radiators, so the radiators that were cold/half warm before are still this way, or worse (one in my bedroom is pretty much stone cold as I write this) 3) Clean up afterwards, so me and my mum had to clean up rubble
