We had all of our windows, doors, soffits, fascias and gutters replaced by this company a few years back. The initial consultation was good, with very little pressure. The job was done in good time too. As to be expected, there were a couple of bits on the snagging list to sort, and in fairness these were sorted quite quickly. Other than a few issues with one of the gutters frequently dropping there have been no real issues. Until about a month ago, when one of the soffits on the gable end basically fell out. I know it's been a few years since fitting - but large pieces of upvc to be falling off

The whole process has been so good, starting with the initial visit, the quote, second visit to confirm measurements followed by an installation date. A flawless process, including regular communication to confirm the installation date. The fitting team arrived as planned and transformed the front of our house; the windows and doors look fabulous, the team explained how the locks and handles etc operate, and they left the place neat and tidy. It was a pleasure having the guys in the house.

The work carried out is of such I high standard its brilliant the gang who came out did a very professional job, their time keeping was perfect. They turned up bang on time.
They took care not to knock, bang or damage anything and cleaned up afrmter themselves leaving the area as was found when they started.

We have used Latchford Village Windows on several projects over a number of years. They have replaced all the windows and doors of our Conservatory and fitted a solid roof. It is beautiful and is now a room we can use for nearly all of the year. They then replaced all the windows of our Cottage and later the windows and doors of our barn. Excellent from start to finish. Emma & Mark were very professional regarding the initial visits for measurements/requirements/quotes/prices etc and they put no pressure on us at all to make the purchase. I loved the fact that they give a price and there is no haggling and, therefore, no pushy sales practices either!! The fitters (Neil & Jason) were really good, helpful and friendly. They kept us fully informed as they progressed and were on time every day, starting when they said they would, and finishing on time also. All in all, this was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend Latchford
