We were moving 250 miles from Bristol to Great Yarmouth a 5+ hour trip I can not recommend we like 2 move it enough we have a storey 3 house and when we brought this house we not realise as it was Victorian doors and stairwells are very narrow tony and his mate ( sorry mate forgot your name lol ) they went above and beyond to get our furniture in which was very difficult 1 wardrobe took over two hours to negotiate doors and stairs including taking doors off and refitting while still smiling if ever we need to move again I would use again without hesitation 5 stars

Terrible customer service. I was ghosted after a lengthy zoom call showing them our entire house. No quote sent a week later despite me chasing them. No response to emails or texts. Eventually someone rang me back and said they’d send a quote “by the end of the day” but nothing received. Massively disappointing.
