BUYERS BEWARE: CHECK THAT VAX SENDS YOU THE CORRECT ITEM. VERY POOR SERVICE! I would urge all buyers to check what they receive from Vax. I purchased what I thought was a Vax 4 earlier this year, but was sent a Vax 3 instead. Because the models look the same, I did not notice I had received the wrong item. I had to sell the Vax after a few months as I had moved to a larger flat and needed a bigger vacuum cleaner. When I sold the Vax on Ebay, I had a very unhappy buyer contact me because it was the wrong Vax model. I contacted Vax customer support. Although Vax acknowledged that they had made the

The most unhelpful and uncontactable company i have ever delt with.
The ' help lines ' offer no way of speaking to a member of staff, just a series of options none of which were of any use, before my call was terminated.
The chance of speaking to a person was not allowed.
Lets hope a letter may result in human contact.
