Outstanding Customer Service and Professionalism .
So pleased that Absolute were recommended to me by a friend. Dan and Rob ( and Julie in the Office) were so helpful in responding to my call to resolve a shower leak headache arising from the work of another plumber . Absolute responded quickly and I was very impressed with the work carried out. I will definitely use Absolute Plumbing and Heating again and can recommend them highly . First Class.

I very rarely write a review, however I can honestly say that the work undertaken within my property was without doubt - OUTSTANDING!....I had a major leak that could not be contained. So I called these wonderful people ...Under incredibly stressful circumstances both Rob and George (the plumbers) were there in my time of need .. They remained calm and were incredibly reassuring towards me and my family. The level of professionalism was amazing and I felt incredibly confident in their ability to get the job done.

I just wanted to write in and say that Absolute Plumbing Heating and Solar Ltd are incredibly professional, efficient and just overall brilliant with their turnaround time and repair works.
I just had an issue with my toilet not working last night (23rd December 2020) and what a fast turnaround today (Christmas Eve 2020)!
Julie assisted my call needs by advising I email in some photos of the issue in advance of booking in the engineer team so that it gave them time to get the required supplies and also to plan ahead on how to tackle the repair issue.
I did a bit of research looking for various

The contractors came to my property twice over the last 9 months to establish what was wrong with my boiler and give an estimate (both visits were chargeable at £75 plus VAT). First time the estimate was over £300 and the second time it was over £1,000. I didn't do any works in between and the situation was unchanged. I managed to repair the boiler for £125 and when I reproached them with this seeming negligence on their part they were very defensive and did not even offer to re-imburse any call out charges. Obviously, I wouldn't recommend them.
