FlexiFIT is a promotion we put in place during periods where we have a high volume of sales. You will still be provided with a date for installation after the survey of your windows and doors as normal, but you allow us to provide an installation date that may be up to 6 months from the date of order or from the date as advertised.

A terrible company to use. Paid for a new conservatory in 2017, nothing but problems during the build and then in only 2 years it leaks. Polar refused to acknowledge the issue at first and tried to blame everyone else. Had to pay for independent experts to write reports before Polar finally acknowledged that the fault was with their conservatory. 5 times I have had to get them out to fix the problem over an 18 month period and it is still not fixed, never received an apology either.
Do not use under any circumstances as they are a company without morals. The MD even told me to lie to the people

We ordered and paid for a door on June 29 we were told it was a 3 week turn around, 6 weeks later our door fitter finally got the door only to find that the grommets that go around the internal beading was missing. The door fitter is still waiting for these so the door can be finished so overall 3 weeks has turned into over 10!!! .Not good service at all!!!

Having had Polar to do our last two houses we were keen to use them again. I emailed requesting a brochure, which Shannon sent through very promptly. We made our choice, and emailed detailed specification along with our contact details for a quote. This is where it went wrong. It was passed to Mark Preece who quoted a few days later, I replied immediately with a few questions and noting the handle was wrong on the door quote. 1 week and 3 emails later I still hadn’t had a response to the questions but two further quotes sent, getting more expensive every time without justification why-over £1

We found Polar Windows a little bit too pushy with their sales, and that is what put us off using them.
Mark Preece arrived at our property to give us a quote. He arrived and asked if he could use our toilet straight away. (No problem) When he came down stairs he asked for a coffee (again, no problem) Before we even took a look at the portfolio he asked us how we would like to pay?! I suggested finance would be the more suitable option and he told us to look elsewhere as he said Polar Windows did a bad

Do not recommend this company as my friend had new windows fitted by this company ,then when the hot weather came one of them shattered on outside pane when they spoke to them they said it could be a screw not down properly fitted would replace it under warranty but now saying it is her fault and require More funds to replace it So what does there warranty cover then yeehaa

I just wanted to say how delighted we are with the new conservatory which exceeded all expectations in terms of Quality and Timescale of Installation. We also wanted to tell you that the quality of the staff engaged in its construction were a credit to your company. Everyone including the Surveyor, Builders and Installers displayed dedication and skill in their workmanship. From the moment we met with your Sales Rep to the conclusion of the build, we have received nothing but courtesy and consideration throughout. Great Company Would not hesitate to use again. A+++

Asked for a quote: salesman turned up late.
Agreed on a door: surveyor turned up late.
Door arrived and fitters came: late.
Door was incorrect for the type of threshold we have. And no letterbox fitted. It was with the door but incorrect finish.
Door sent away. Another week and a half later the door came back with the right base but still the wrong letter box.
The door was fitted. Four inches back from where it should have been.
We complained, and arranged to have it refitted. Four days later they sent a guy to fit it. This was okay, but then wanted to talk about payment. Rather than offer
