We are also certified operators of the DOFF Integra Steam Cleaning System. An environmentally alternative to harsh sand/soda blasting on delicate masonry. This can be used to remove paint, moss, algae, atmospheric pollution build up and general soiling. Michael and team finished the brickwork restoration work at our property in Forest Gate 2 weeks ago. Me and my partner are extremely happy with the finish and couldn't recommend these guys enough. Courteous, punctual and very knowledgeable about historic properties. We ended up going with the weather-struck pointing which looks brilliant. They also organised the exterior decorating which also now looks fantastic. Scaffold has now been taken away and we are over the moon and the envy of the street. As promised, 5 stars *****

Our job was cancelled by Michael at Essex Brickwork 1 week before it was due to start, having booked it in 3 months prior. We were in touch on numerous occasions during the 3 months, and Michael called out to the house about 10 days before the job to confirm everything. Then a few days later he emailed to say because their other jobs were running over he would have to cancel or delay the job to Jan 2020 at the earliest. We needed the pebbledash removed from the facade of the property as we had some internal crack that needed addressing. After consulting Essex Brickwork and Repointing they agreed to first removing the pebbledash to expose the underlying brickwork and then addressing any necessary work. After installing helifix bars (please excuse me if I have got the name wrong) they then cleaned the brickwork and repointed everything in lime mortar. We were and still are so impressed with the work they did and couldn't thank them enough. Would recommend 100%. Thank you so much!
