Our Story Report

Elwyns Windows, is one of the oldest double glazing specialists in England with showrooms in Carshalton, Woldingham and Dulwich. We have, for over 56 years, been supplying and installing double glazed windows, doors and conservatories to thousands of satisfied customers throughout Surrey and the South East.

The Team Report

We are, understandably, proud of our dedicated and loyal team of men and women whose main objective is to provide customers with the best personal and bespoke service possible. Most of our team have been with the company for years with the longest serving employee being with Elwyns for over 20 years.

Showrooms Report

The doors to our showrooms in Carshalton, Woldingham and Dulwich are open Monday through to Saturday and you are welcome to drop by, at your convenience, to freely browse through the select choice of windows and doors on display. A member of staff will be available to offer advice, if required, and to answer any questions you may have.

Our windows are available to suit the style of almost any property as casement windows, vertical sliding sash windows or cottage windows. Had a very expensive door that was still in warrenty that broke. Despite numerous phone calls and emails, no response. When the door was originally installed the paint was scratched with no response when we tried to arrange to have it repaired. No customer service once they've parted with your money.

Very impressed with Elwyns. We had Elwyns replace all the windows at the front of our house with white evolution flush windows (including two bay windows) just before Christmas. High quality of work, neat and tidy and great customer service. Would recommend.

Elwyns customer service and quality of workmanship are impeccable. They replaced 5 windows and a door in 2.5 days (the time they said it would take), and left the property clean and tidy. I'd definitely use them again.
