Please please be aware of this company. I originally gave them 5 star review but unfortunately do to the following issues I have Re written the review. I gave the company every opportunity to refund the over payment but sadly they didn’t therefore this is why I have only given one star. I purchased a Groupon voucher to see what the company was like with a view to having them full time. Initially they were late arriving but this was due to traffic so no issues. The two people that was sent were lovely. The owner/manager of the company came to assess my house. I explained that I had been ill so

Avoid! Rang to say they couldn’t come on day agreed as running late so they’d come tomorrow which I said was ok. Instead, they turn to unannounced hours later that day. They had the cheek at the end of the cleaning to try and get more money out of me by asking me to pay £85 for 4 hours of cleaning (I had already paid upfront). I was very insulted. From seeing the other poor reviews online the owner replies and is very defensive. Not what you expect from a decent, reputable company.

Absolutely terrible service. By far the worst cleaning company I have had the misfortune of coming to my house.
1) they came 2 hours late
2) SLOW!!!! 2 ladies worked so incredibly slowly, and to a really poor standard. We have a small home and our previous cleaning lady cleaned it alone in 3 hours very well. 2 women from this awful company did an awful unfinished job and I decided to ask them to leave because I was so sick of their laziness.
3) Lazy. Didn’t vacuum properly, make the beds or wipe down services
4) Icing on the cake: after I asked them to leave they knocked on the door demanding

Had the Crystal Shine cleaning team in to do a deep clean on my house that I have neglected due to being so busy. When I walk in my home after the team had being I could believe my house could have look so good. Everything was shinning. My window sils was back to white and shining. My bathroom was like brand new
My kitchen was shining. The cleaners are very hard working and professional. I would recommend these guys. Charmaine came out and give me a price. All was done as promised

Awful experience. Showed up 40 minutes late (making me late for my teaching job) then called an hour later to say the property was worse than expected and upped the price by £30. Agreed I would be back by 3:30, but at 3:00 began receiving phone calls non stop hurrying me back (I'm a teacher so couldn't have been there by 3) and when I did arrive… the price had gone up by a further £10 for the inconvenience of them having to wait for me. When I disputed it they had their manager on the phone who began shouting at me for being late, as well as the three cleaners in the street shouting

Thank you so much to Cindy Lexi Donald Charmaine and the others who did my deep clean today. My house smells beautiful, my mirrors are crystal clear and my bathroom which was horrendous glistens. Just fantastic! We've recently moved, and wanted the whole house cleaned; Charmaine and her staff arrived right on time and have spent a day with us.
They've just finished and the house is gleaming - the oven looks like new, the bathroom is wonderful and the previously grubby carpets are fresh and spotless!
The whole team were polite and friendly, and they worked without a break for the whole day - I don't know how they kept going!
