Booked a week in advance. Was quoted a great price. 2 hours after they were have meant to show up on the day, still nothing, no phone call or any communication of any kind. Once I’d got hold of them, they denied ever speaking to me and hung up the phone. I’ve since been made aware by another carpet cleaning company that this is common in the industry. They will offer great prices in the hope they get more jobs in the area and failing this they just don’t bother to turn up.

My rug doesn’t seem like it was cleaned well. The fibers are still mated down and it still have the same old dirty smell it had before they picked it up. I thought it would’ve had a clean smell to it since it was being cleaned. I’m not pleased with the work at all.

After a full glass of red wine had been split over our light green carpet I though we were looking at an insurance claim, but Neil managed to get 99.9% of the stain out. Amazing!!
Note to self (& husband) - white wine only. And don't use home carpet cleaner products, just call Pro-Clean asap and let him work his magic.
