When I moved to Middlesbrough a few years ago a friend recommended Simon and he came and serviced my boiler every year as well as carrying out gas safety inspections. Just recently he installed a new boiler for me. He is a very tidy and professional worker and always turns up at the time he says. His prices are very fair and he never tries to add on unnecessary extra costs. I would wholeheartedly recommend him.

I was talking to Simon for about 14 days... I've dealt with so many cowboys and people who are just after quick money but I was so glad I choose Simon.. He knew what he was doing, didnt cut any corners, was fairly priced for the quality work he provided, genuinely nice guy.
I had concerns with warranties etc but Simon provided all the paper work full receipt, filled in the installers hand book with all the reference values for warranty. He gave

A very good heating engineer Simon Miles Gts. Pleased with the results, he took out the Baxi Bermuda back boiler and put in the Worcester Bosch 30i and all the pipe work to a cupboard in my back bedroom, he is a good worker happy with everything.

I moved into my house 2 years ago and it has a combi boiler which Simon installed just months prior to me moving in. The boiler appears to work fine and he has carried out two annual services so far. Simon carried out these services efficiently with no fuss. He has been punctual and I find his prices for a service very reasonable.
Simon was also friendly and polite while carrying out these services.... I shall continue to utilise his service.

Simon at GTS has been both professional and friendly from the start to the finish of my boiler install. He has shown knowledge about Worcester Bosch boilers and also has taken the time to explain things and answer any questions I may have had. He was also punctual and cracked straight on with the install, and tidied up after he was finished. So basically I'm very pleased with the service I received from GTS/Simon 😊

This was the 1st time I have used GTS Plumbing & Heating Jan 2020. Simon supplied and fitted a new boiler. The engineer Simon was very thorough ,friendly and efficient . He arrived on time and worked non stop fitting new boiler in existing cupboard which made things very awkward for him, but he did a superb job, I will certainly use him in future, and can highly recommend GTS.Plumbing & Heating.

We have used Simon several times for services of our gas fire and boiler. Though our 25 year old Worcester boiler gave up earlier this month. Simon gave us a quote and fitted a new Worcester boiler. The price was good and the service excellent. He cleared up after himself and left us with a 10 year warranty. Would recommend his business.
