I wish I could have gotten these people to help me. They installed a blind on a skylight for my neighbor, but seemed completely disinterested in doing the same for me. my skylight is 18' off the ground, so I never actually measured it in the first place--maybe you have the initiative to send a tech out to actually measure my window and THEN let me know what choices are available? Unfortunately no, they won't be sending someone out to measure and quote, they won't even acknowledge my attempts to contact them. Call if you need a comparative quote but I would be very hesitant to do business with them
