If you've got electrical problems we can trace the circuits and resolve any electrical issues you have in your home or business.

If your property hasn't been rewired in the last 25-30 years it's likely to need upgrading to at least bring it up to modern standards. When planning major remodelling work that constitutes a material alteration as defined by the Building Regulations, you will need to rewire part, if not all, of the property including upgrading the consumer unit (fuse box).
Fire alarm systems play an import role in any building. Since 1992 building regulations have required that at least one smoke alarm, wired directly to the mains, is installed in every new property. We are able to install mains smoke alarms and test them for you. If you still have a fuse box then it's time to have that changed to a modern consumer unit.

Greentec, Jay and Ollie, are the real deal. We recently moved to the area and contacted Greentec as they are local. So by luck we had the super efficient and practical duo. After a survey of the house, Greentec completed an RCD upgrade and installation of lights, sockets and under floor heating. They are trustworthy and clearly care about the quality of the work they do. We can't recommend them highly enough.
