If I was able to give zero stars I would! They can't even honour a 10 year guarantee for a door and lock, thats been faulty since 10 months after install. I get told that the door is guaranteed not the lock!! who buys a door without a lock and expect that the guarantee is only for a upvc door ???? Shocking customer service and to top it all I've been informed that they never even registered for the job with the local authority! My advise to everyone avoid them at all cost.

Mcleans glass replaced some of our windows and a front door. Their service from all parts of the business was excellent throughout - from the very honest and prompt initial evaluation of our needs, great communication, competitive pricing , really friendly and expert fitting and good follow up communication with guarantees etc. I really recommend this company - I found them so easy to deal with and the quality of the work is excellent.

Fantastic company which I would highly recommend! We had our entire house windows replaced by Mcleans some of which are really bespoke and unusual shapes. They could not have been more helpful, helped me to understand any trade-offs or higher quality and were fitted by a really professional and helpful team.
I was recommended to them in the first place and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others. A couple of the panes had cracks and they returned and fitted new ones with no questions asked.

From the moment I first met Simon I thought what a fantastic, happy, and honest guy he was. His approach was warm, and kind too, just the quality I was looking for in tradesman for my mother and myself. My mother had her windows and doors done first and we could not be more happier with the work done.
