I've had my LWS windows installed for a couple of months now and am pleased with the results. In all I had a replacement bay, timber sash and two quirky upstairs windows replaced. None of which were particular normal but presented no problem. From initial discussion all the way through the team listened, worked within my budget and made recommendations to get the best final installation I think was available. Always friendly and never pressured, they provided a clear schedule that accommodated my schedule. Very happy and would recommend.

Leicester Window Supplies gave us a good quote with a short lead time for some bifold doors. The survey was extremely helpful and clarified our ideas in a more realistic way. The doors were installed on the day first quoted, and are of an excellent quality. The installation went smoothly and the fitters were professional and obviously well experienced. We recently had LWS replace a front door, patio door and several windows and the whole experience could not have been better. From first visit and several conversations Mick was helpful, knowledgeable but never pushy. We ended up with some great choices that look amazing. They fitted them in two visit around a kitchen refit and nothing was too much trouble. The installers were friendly, tidy and very respectful of our older and not always level property. I genuinely believe they have products for all possibilities and are ideal in terms of the supplier we all want to find and do business with.

Excellent service from Luke in the office, good communication throughout, then to the survey team. Bi fold doors delivered on time and for the agreed price. Big mention for the installation lads Jack and Steve who installed the bi folds. One further point, one of the windows had internal scratches on it, before I'd spotted it Jack had already spoken to the office and agreed the units replacement. That's customer service..our thanks again to the team from start to finish.
