Our work varies from bespoke items to large scale projects.
Our centrally based premises are fully equipped with the latest computer aided manufacturing equipment including beam and wall saws, edge banding and CNC machining. The finishing of our projects are done in house using our state of the art spray shop. Solid surface fabrication is also now in house after considerable investment into a new solid surface workshop.
Over the years we have worked closely within the commercial, health, education and hotel & leisure sectors. Our experiences within these sectors often involve in-depth discussions with contractors, architects, designers and end customers. Solid Surface materials take the merits of traditional materials, such as marble, to new limits. Products such as Corian(R), LG Hi-Macs(R), Hanex(R) and Staron(R) are highly recommended for long-term applications and where finish and hygiene are of primary importance. Our expert service starts at the design stage with product and technical information available at every stage.
OMC Joinery operate a fully equipped in-house spraying service. Our purpose built spray booths have the latest technologies to ensure the highest quality of finish within efficient turnaround times. We are experienced in all forms of finishing including prime only, clear finishes from matt to gloss, stained finishes to the same specification, paint finishes and colour matching.
