Kircher Building Services are award-winning, NHBC-registered house builders and have been building high quality homes for many years: these vary from large bespoke properties to chalet bungalows. We build for developers and private clients. We have an excellent working relationship with warranty providers and building control officers (local authority and private) because of our attention to detail and the high quality finish produced.

Kircher Building Services is a family-owned company run by brothers Matthew and David Kircher, who personally manage and direct all contracts. The firm is based in Lightwater, Surrey. For over 40 years we have offered a wide range of building services; mainly residential work, from extensions and whole-house makeovers through to new builds.
