Directions Driving from Totnes - Cross Brutus Bridge on the A385, at the roundabout take the first exit left onto the A381. Travel towards Newton Abbot for 4.5m. Turn right into Marldon Road, continue for 0.4m turn left and then second left into Dainton Manor Estate. Driving from Exeter - Take the A380 to the Torquay Rd roundabout, signposted Newton Abbot, take the third exit to join the A381.
