A few years ago I needed a new stand and after much searching around decided upon an Akorner reference. As I needed a number of specific modifications I contacted Hi Fi racks and arranged to have exactly what was required. Customer service was superb , rack arrived and was exactly what I asked for.
Time moved on and I recently needed new speaker stands, once again I received superb service and the stands were duly delivered. Unfortunately, the colour was not what I needed, I hasten to add that it was exactly what I ordered, but not match for the rack.
