Called Nathan due to a problem in our loft. He came out really quickly and set up a camera to see what we were dealing with, then used the correct process to rid them (mice). He was always at the end of the phone to listen to my concerns and came out a few times as required. Always prompt, polite and updated me when I could not personally be there. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again!

I moved into a new property and not long after found there were fleas, I contacted Nathan who was really helpful, he asked for photos and supplied a trap to ensure that the appropriate treatment would be used and to avoid unnecessary contact prior to treatment during the restrictions in place for the pandemic. Nathan arranged a time to suit and was on time, he gave clear instructions on post treatment to make sure it was as effective as possible and arranged the return visit when he was there during the first treatment. Demanded money upfront although invoice term was 14 days from the date of his invoice. Paid him with within week from the invoice was issued. Reminded him for the 3rd visit. Appointment was made with tenant directly. For some reason the tenant did not answer the bell, so the pest controller went back home without a single call or text to me ( the fee payer) and sent me a report by email in the evening that any visit will be chargeable! Great service, thank you!
