IMO this company are crooks. They charged £170 for 45 minutes of "cleaning" which was incredibly superficial. Staff demanded extra money in 'under the counter' cash on the day. They were unable to provide official receipts for work provided. The managers were very rude and theaten legal action for leaving an honest bad review on here. I think the company relies on the desperation of people who have to move out and get their flat cleaned on a specific day, and use this to try to charge overinflated prices. They clearly had no intention of providing the agreed service. Could not be more disappointed
