We have used Express city cleaning several times before and they had always carried out a fantastic job. Booked for our carpets to be cleaned on Monday 25/10 no show and no phone call. Had to chase them. Rebooked for Tuesday no show said the booking was put in on wrong day but they would have availability on Wednesday,surprise surprise no show. Not a great way to treat your regular customers.

Really great clean of our carpets. The guy who came (Rafal) was lovely, friendly and great at the job. Did a brilliant job on our living room and hallway carpet, which our puppy had pooped all over and run mud through. It was awful and we weren't expecting anywhere near the results we got - it looks like it did when we moved in now. We were considering pulling it up and getting floor boards put in but are just going to get these done every 6 months or so now good value for money.
