Our barn conversions incorporate a modern design providing a high level of comfort and energy efficiency. In our Barn Conversions, internal features, as well as external, are well thought out and designed to sympathetically blend in with the look and feel of the building using high quality materials.
Commercial renovations can either be new, listed or ancient. Using specialist design skills and experience all are approached with the same enthusiasm and know-how. Ancient and listed buildings present particular challenges. They need special flair and imagination to retain their original character while bringing them into the 21st century.
Kent Building Developments Ltd combines experience and specialist knowledge to produce energy efficient domestic homes and commercial buildings. We have a long held commitment to producing energy efficient buildings using the best quality products, energy efficient measures and eco house designs in all of our projects.
If outside space is limited, or you have an unusually shaped home or listed property, how and where to build extra living space can be difficult to imagine. We build extensions and garden rooms, many in unusual or difficult situations. We are happy to quote for your completed design. We also offer our own "Design to Interior Design" service where the whole process from design to completion is taken care of.
Listed and old buildings need special care! It takes skill to provide comfortable and practical living accommodation while maintaining the architectural integrity of these special buildings. A Victorian Grade II listed Town House which was originally a bank had been converted in the 70's into flats and now required renovating.
