Services
Steve Lavender is the owner and operator of Lavender Electrical, and has a passion for all things electrical. After leaving school, Steve began his electrical career as an apprentice with S. J. Dark Limited, a well established local Torbay electrical company. While under their careful and diligent guidance, Steve gained invaluable experience in many types of installation, including domestic wiring, nurse call systems and fire alarms.
Fail to plan and plan to fail. The old adage holds true no matter the task at hand. But in the electrical world, failures due to poorly planned work can result in anything from inconvenience to loss of property to even loss of life. That is why there are strict rules and regulations governing what can be done and by whom.
When planning the layout of your home's interior, lighting should be a major consideration, as it can mean the difference between a cold, uninviting space and a warm, cozy nook. The amount of light and the location of light sources must be chosen carefully, and there are certain rules of thumb that need to be followed in order to illuminate your space in the most aesthetically pleasing and effective manner.

Steve has done a lot of work for my mother-in-law in Torquay, and his level of professionalism and his reliability are second to none. The quality of the work he does is outstanding at a very reasonable price, and he will always be my go-to company for any electrical services I need in the Torbay area. Highly recommended.
