Mochan Roofing was established in 2008 by Scot Mochan. Our team have over 30 years of combined experience in the roofing industry and with our expertise we can give advice on the best solutions for your roofing requirements. We have a vast portfolio of flat and pitched roofing projects and also gutters, uPVC soffits and fascia boards and roofing repairs for the residential market.
The vast majority of buildings are covered in slate, clay or concrete tiles but they are usually taken for granted until they start to leak! Tiled roofs have developed to such an extent that the simplicity of its function is lost with the sophistication of each individual component. Roof covering takes the full brunt of our elements including rain, wind, sun, snow, algae, moss and frost and sometimes vandalism.
I hired Scot to replace a leaking garage and outbuilding roof. He dealt with all the associated problems, including asbestos removal, and carried out the works in just two days, to a very high standard, using a three layer felt system.
