Absolute joke of a company, please stay away from them.
Customer service a joke and really not helpful.
We ordered windows and doors from them then they sent a surveyor that cost us £100, surveyor did not mention the asbestos and electric shutters...so when the installer showed up the simply walked away...this is 4 weeks ago.
Asbestos has been removed but they still refuse to install the products.
Best bit? They demand 60% payment if we cancel due to their incompetence.
Reported now to Fensa and if they do not cancel the contract we will be taking legal action....just be careful ...they are

They’re not prepared to ‘guarantee’ quote for quote like prices. The salesman was just rude, aggressive and provocative. Did not understand the customer wants of great price, quality and ease. Mentioned I was not allowed to compare quotes and demand better value because it’s simply ‘not how we do it here.’ He did not feel like he wanted to be here with a couldn’t be bothered attitude and was glad to leave.

Safestyle have been absolutely amazing. Everyone: saleassitant, installation team, head office have been great. Order placed at end of September and Windows were installed second week of October. A French door and a window in less than 3 hours. No mess, completely finished in and out. Great job. Will definitely use your services again.

We have recently had all our windows and doors replaced. 2 large bay windows, 6 other windows, a back door and a front door with glass surround. From survey to installation was just 2 weeks. The fitters were on time, powered on with no breaks, never wasted time using mobile phones, they were very polite, clean and tidy. The quality of the windows and doors is fantastic and the finish on everything is faultless. This installation is better than we could have imagined. Thank you Safestyle. The fitters turned up promptly at 8.00am, and - after a quick discussion - cracked straight on with the job in hand. Despite the inclement weather - persistent drizzle - Tim and Kev remained upbeat and continued to work tirelessly until they finished, at around 7.00pm. Fuelled by tea and home-made chocolate cookies, they made a great job of our fitting, clearing up at the end.We are delighted with our new windows and doors, and won't hesitate to recommend your company to our friends and family.
