Wood also needs to be treated with care. Avoid placing items in direct sunlight as this can fade the wood used. Avoid placing furniture directly in front of heat sources and over and near radiators as this will dry out the wood and possibly cause it to shrink and/or warp. Do not use any harsh abrasives, solvent or silicone based cleaning products on any part of our furniture.
Most orders are delivered within 14 working days but we do say allow up to 28 days at busy periods, we do notify you of tracking information when the item is dispatched. Your order is delivered by standard courier service with tracked deliveries Monday to Friday and must be signed for on delivery for security.
Beautiful handmade bedside table / cabinet solid wood & metal for the industrial chic style. We have fallen in love with a TV stand. How sad? You're maybe thinking. Well no, this TV stand is beautiful. The build quality and wood finish is superb, the legs are unbelievable quality and it's going to look amazing next to our log burning fire.

I recently purchased an entertainment unit from this company. They were great with allowing me to customise the feet and length, as the combination I was after wasn't listed on their website. Customer service was fab and responsive to my questions within 1 working day, if not a couple fo hours.
The product arrived today (about 3 weeks after purchase) and looks great - exactly like the pictures and what we were after! Highly recommend!

Not a £250 TV table. Unfinished and dirty as the pictures show. I requested 10% off the order which I think was generous on my part. The retort of £30 was not enough and also an admission of poor workmanship. I would not recommend this company for furniture based on the bad experience i have had.

Product arrived which we decided was not right for our new place and sent back the item as originally packaged.
Was offered a refund of £50 less as apparently damaged. Stay clear hook you with bespoke items and then charge you ridiculous amounts if returning

The mark of a good company is not getting this perfect everytime but how a company reacts to issues that might arise.
These guys are perfect in that respect, a slight issue with one of the items I purchased was rectified immediately - the issue most likely arose during shipping. The quality of the shelves I purchased is superb and the craftsmanship excellent.
You can buy from these people with utter confidence.

After literally months of chasing this company for dimensional details on one of their products so I could ensure it fit the space I have, (a recommendation made by them on their website) I received a curt email basically saying that if I'm unsure then don't order and if I wanted a bespoke item their order book is too full and they didn't want my business. I sent a further email requesting the dimensions I wanted and explaining why I needed them. Still waiting to hear....
