We have recently worked on some of the most prestigious projects in the UK & Ireland, such as Battersea Power Station & HS2 in London as well as smaller assignments with large blue-chip companies, such as Intel on the extension of their manufacturing facility in Leixlip, just outside Dublin.
We also carry out independent wayleave reporting assignments for the Department for the Economy (DfE), a government department in NI. Our inhouse capability and flexibility to provide commercial, contractual and project management solutions of varying scope allow us to professionally serve the needs of each client and project in a timely fashion.

Pre and post-contract professional commercial and contractual management services using RIAI, JCT, JCT D & B & NEC Contracts. Preparation of detailed bills of quantities and project estimates, construction budgets and cost plans. General project management (client side and contractor side) on construction and civil engineering projects, ranging in value from 10k to 100 million.
Construct Direct Assignment: Provision of client pre and post contract PQS and project management services, including full project management of client's multi-disciplinary design team on a new build high-end nursing home using RIAI 2011 Contract. Project Description: Design, manufacture and installation of light gauge SFS metal infill panels to external facade of new 210 bed state of the art hospital.
