Services
We are passionate about glass and we thrive on exploring its creative potential to produce stunning glass installations. You can choose from our extensive range of Textured glass or we can create a bespoke design for you. All our work is hand made in our Brighton glass studio and we pride ourselves on our excellent quality, superior technical knowledge and innovative design skills that gives us the edge over our competitors.
Since the early days our business has gone from strength to strength and we have expanded steadily to become one of the UK's leading company's in the creative glass industry. We set out to specialize in the design and production of bespoke textured glass. We started off with one kiln specialising in textured glass for a mainly local clientle.
Additional options: Drill-holes, notches, cut-outs, bending, Double-glazed units, Heat-soak testing. The beauty of textured glass lies in its glacial appearance. Light passes through illuminating the texture and appears to glow from within. People and objects behind the glass are obscured making it a versatile building material for open plan living and working environments!
Textured glass offers exciting possibilities as a design element in a wide range of architectural applications. It has the unique ability to perform as a decorative feature as well as a functional and structural building material. All our Textured glass is safety toughened and made to your specifications and suitable for a variety of applications.
We are delighted to introduce Spectrum, our exclusive new range of coloured glass. The Spectrum range is a welcome addition to our existing portfolio and is fully compatible with our renowned textured glass products for a wide number of applications from frameless doors to feature walls. Our Spectrum Glass range has all the advantages of our Textured Glass range with the addition of colour.

We can highly recommend Float Glass Design. As a returning customer, we were undecided of the colour for the splash back in our new home. We loved our previous splash back but wanted a different look. Float Glass Design sent various samples. From our measurements, the Splashback arrived being a perfect fit, in less than 3 weeks to the delivery address of our choice. We chose clear glass, bubble effect with mirror backing and we are absolutely thrilled with it.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
I ordered an antique vintage splashback for my kitchen. The sample was perfect, however what was delivered was nowhere near perfect. It was as if they'd used another companies sample and tried to reproduce it. The delivered splashback was rejected, nothing like the sample shown in the office. I was offered my money back straight away, but Mike did try to pass the bad copy off first. Not acceptable, not sure if a trainee was offered the chance to try out a new skill, or just not enough care gone into it. So, I don't think antique mirroring is their specialty. Definitely
