As a long term reviewer I have to say that I am not very happy with the quality of windows. In the warranty period of 5 years 1 window sealed unit had failed and was changed. However, now in the 9th year I have 4 more units that have failed. I do really doubt that in an average semi-detached house it is a norm to have such a high failure ratio. Moisture gets between the glass panes and accumulates there. The only repair offered is a replacement - the price is high!

A shout-out to Dewgard, one of the nicest family-run businesses I know. Not only have they installed most of my windows and doors now, they have returned with no queries for any issues - including adjusting my stiff front door handle before and after I had a hand operation. They also came out to fix my elderly neighbour's sticky front window free of charge - "because we need to make sure the ladies are safe".
