We are extremely proud to have worked on the VP PLC head office project in Harrogate working in partnership with Ultimate Commercial Interiors Ltd delivering another high spec office refurbisment! Our project saw the CAT A fit-out of the existing 3rd and 7th floor open plan suites and communal areas, including lift lobbies and WCs, within CEG's City Gate East Building.

Having used this firm for almost 20 years, I have become increasingly disillusioned about the customer service. Installation has always been to a market rate, and i have no reason to feel that has changed. However, we have been invoiced for work that wasn't done (credits since received), unresponsive to emails, and phone calls, with only 1x person doing the jobs of many. Rob weaver is a nice guy, but I can only say I feel consistently let down by vague promises and a lack of subsequent action. A shame, as the organisation clearly has suffered (as have we all) but an unclear management structure

Had issues with my alarm so rang coombers out of hours number & the engineer on call sat 24th march was really helpful & a complete progressional, as we never had a contract with them he countnt help so we need to find out who fitted the alarm etc but once I do I will certainly sign up to a contract with this company as it is certainly needed when issues arise
