Kitchen supplied and fitted by Alpha. Plinth started peeling. Alpha told us the reason for this was because of steam. Its in a kitchen, you would think it would withstand steam !! Now we find that every single cupboard is peeling !! Have emailed 4 times since last November (3rd anniversary of fitting, yes, the kitchen is 3 years old !) not had so… much as an acknowledgement. So, so, so disappointed. Oh and i forgot to mention the composite sink. Dishwasher packed up (but under warranty, so was replaced by manufacturer) but in the meantime we had to wash dishes in the sink, bad move as there

We would like to thank Dean the owner of Alpha Kitchens, for ensuring the kitchen replacement was just what we had imagined and wanted. He worked and provided all that the kitchen fitter Darren needed on time… and they worked in harmony. A big thank you to Darren also who is a very nice person, he fitted our kitchen with no fuss whatsoever and also with great skill, very good quality fitting from him and everything he finished he made sure it was what we wanted and expected he also threw in some ideas that we never thought of I can fully recommend him. My mum, Eirlys Ann, had a new kitchen put in recently by Alpha Kitchens and asked me to post a review on her behalf. Dean, Darren, Claire and Nicola have all been absolutely wonderful and incredibly nice, and she's thrilled to bits with the kitchen. (I've only had the video tour so far, but it looks amazing!) The whole process has been fantastic… right from the start, when Steve took a lot of trouble over the initital designs and made sure mum got exactly what she wanted. Shame we can only give them 5 out of 5 stars, as I know mum would like to give them 10!😁
