Don't use this company - they were due to meet me at a tenancy clean property at 8am - called me at 8.15 to tell me they would be there at 9am!? When I complained that I had got their especially they then decided to not turn up at all? There are much cheaper companies and there is only usually one boy working!

I am writing to thank you for the quite exceptional level of service I have received from you.
I rang you late on Monday morning (06/05/13) in a bit of a panic as I had a nasty soot stain on a brand new carpet, with tenants moving in the next day. Despite having a busy day yourself you arranged to send one of your operatives (Wayne) out after normal working hours. He gave me good notice of his arrival, and could not have been more courteous, helpful and efficient in his task. This helped me hugely, as you can imagine.
