Excellent service from all involved in us getting a small chest freezer before Christmas. Karen did a great job checking stock and letting me pay over the phone. Went to pick it up today (Saturday) and the chaps in store couldn't be more helpful. Even though my husband was with me they insisted on putting it in the car themselves. Great place and local. Will definitely go back.

Placed an order at the end of August for a product that was "in stock" and still showing as "in stock" was contacted on the 25/08/21 to say delays in delivery estimated arrival will be 7-10 weeks. the company was replying to emails but would not supply a date and just kept saying it will be soon, the 10 weeks have now passed and this his now been 12 weeks and they have stopped replying to emails, the product I ordered is also showing in stock, looks like they have taken the £1200 and ran AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Update: order was cancelled about 4 days after my "purchase"
Product showing as in stock on website so placed an order. Then silence. For two days. No response to my emails. Tried to cancel as read the reviews and feared the worst.
Received an email 48 hours after order saying there would be a short delay... of 7-10 weeks! I have responded again to say I want to cancel my order. Please please please change your website to accurately reflect stock availability... you are misleading people!!

Ordered a product 8th October that was advertised as in stock. Had nothing for over a week then rang the shop and was promised a return call or email this was 10 days ago. I've also sent several messages via the contact us service and still nothing. Have been ringing all morning but phone ringing out then going to busy. I need to cancel my order but cannot get in touch at all with this firm!

I ordered around nearly £3000 of appliances as on the website it said it was in stock about 3 weeks later i gave them a call and the lady said that it will be a few more weeks as they got most of the things coming but as one of the items is over 900mm wide that may take longer, she told me to call week after, its been a month. I have sent 3 different emails all spread apart I get no reply. Not only that they don't pick up their calls, I have got builders coming next week if you guys didn't have it in stock then why did the website say you did? I am absolutely furious I can see other poor people

We had old appliances and the cost of a new Kitchen in uncertain times was a concern. Refreshing fitted appliances has added confidence and quality to a tired but still very usable 14 year old kitchen. The whole process of not needing to go in store because their knowledge and my measuring was enough, Great product knowledge. The delivery and fitting was excellent. They allowed a short break to clean the areas of removed items and made sure everything was running and all kitchen door covers were working and aligned correctly. I will be purchasing an integrated freezer
